This is structured institutional financing. Your school must be registered and have been in operation for at least 3 years. We assess cash flow, enrolment stability, and repayment capacity before making an offer.
Core Requirements — Must meet all three
Your school must be registered with the relevant government body (MoE, TSC or county education office). Pre-primary, primary, secondary, and TVET institutions considered.
Your school must have been operational for at least 3 years. We assess track record, enrolment history, and fee collection patterns as part of our review.
Final amount is based on your school's revenue, enrolment, and the nature of the financing need. We do not offer financing below KES 150,000.
Supporting Requirements — Assessed during the process
3 months' bank statements or M-Pesa records, and school inspection certificates. Collected by your relationship manager at their visit to our offices.
National ID and KRA PIN of the school director(s). For multi-director schools, all signatories are required.
We assess your school's enrolment trends and fee collection to ensure the loan is structured around what you can realistically repay — not a rigid bank calendar approach.
Balance staff salaries and day-to-day operations between fee collection cycles.

Curriculum-aligned teacher training programmes to improve classroom practice and learning outcomes.
Workshops on enrolment growth, parent engagement, fee management, and building a stronger school community.
Capital alone doesn't grow a school. The directors who grow fastest combine financing with training. Jackfruit Foundation programmes are built specifically for Kenyan school contexts — not imported curricula.
